This project responds to the urgent issue of air pollution in London by focusing on the revitalization of a functional aggregate processing wharf situated at the fringes of the Ultra Low Emission Zone. In recognition of the site's continued operation and significant daily throughput, a meticulous strategy has been developed to enhance its environmental sustainability over the course of three distinct phases, spaced five years apart.
This phased design methodology underscores a long-term commitment to the rejuvenation of the polluted area, transforming it into a sustainable sanctuary for the city's inhabitants. Beyond its representation of the city's determination to counter pollution, the project signifies its dedication to offering an inclusive urban haven, fostering cultural and recreational experiences within a cleaner, more vibrant milieu.
A bird's-eye view of each phase of the transformation is shown.

The water garden and the interactive water park are scaled down to 20cm x 100cm at a scale of 1:500, and they show the transition of the site from phase to phase i.e. from reducing air pollution to serving the urban residents.
