This unfinished and ongoing story is a homage to Kilburn through one of its most illustrious landmarks, the Gaumont State Theatre. At the same time, it is an open call to rethink and reimagine what this building, and more specifically, its main auditorium, might be in the future.
The main objective of the device/story and its reason for existence is to increase the willingness to imagine alternative realities, placing the proactive curious reader (you) at its centre. The last act is left blank, providing a space for imagination and allowing it to be finished by the viewer.
